How to Book an Apple Repair on Our Site
If your Apple product is still under Manufacturers Warranty remember to add the 'Free Warranty Repair Option' to your shopping basket. This means your Repair Bill should be covered by the manufacturer.
If your Manufacturers Warranty has expired - Simply click on the fault description that best matches your symptoms and add the relevant fixed charge repair to your 'shopping cart'.
Go to 'check out' and Pay by Debit Card, Credit Card or Pay Pal.
Package your Apple product in a foam lined cardboard box and ensure you wrap it carefully in some form of protective packaging. (Bubble wrap, Foam or shredded paper)
Send your broken Apple product to our Apple Repair Centre at the address below and we will process it within 5-10 working days of receipt.
